REFLECTION STORY
My Amal journey was started when my friends were filling the application form, and they asked me to fill the application form. So I randomly filled the form and having no idea that my application is accepted and I would select for fellowship because there are many recruitments for fellowship.
This fellowship program proves very helpful for learning and developing different skills. Although there was a very tough routine for me I had tried to manage this fellowship journey. It helps to improve my writing skills and develop the habit to write something in the form of a blog. I am a very shy and hesitant person who hasn't good speaking power, but the Amal platform improves my speaking skill, removes my hesitation, and gives me confidence.
There were many times I thought that I was unable to manage this program but our program managers always motivated us and speak in such a manner that realizes me not leave this program. But at one time, some problems arose that made it difficult for me to continue this program, and I was unable to complete my project work. But at that point, my dear friend Salman(who is my Uni class fellow), give me confidence and motivated me to complete this fellowship, and make sure that it is very helpful for me, and advised me not to leave this fellowship.
Amal develops leadership quality, it develops that how to interact with different people and also makes us presentable for our professional life. In the end, I am really thankful for my Program Manager and Associate Sir Anis and Ma’am Aalia both of them are very supportive and kind. In the end, I was unable to submit my Pw on time but they never are rude, and although they have a right to drop out me from this fellowship they won’t. They understand my situations and problems and throughout the program, they help me in every difficult time. First of all, I apologize to both of them for not competing this Pw also in time and then I am very thankful for your cooperation throughout this journey, without you I haven’t completed this journey.
